Stem Cell Procedures

Intravenous Infusion

*Our intravenous infusion is an outpatient procedure. A patient, on average, spends 5 hours upon arrival to discharge.

We will contact you soon after you submit your inquiry. Our medical team may schedule a phone conference or video conference to answer any questions you might have. If they determine that you or your loved one may benefit from our therapy, there are certain lab tests that are needed in order to evaluate the patient's current health and to analyze if stem cell therapy is indicated. Once at our facilities, you will have a private consultation with our medical staff with the completion of your medical history and a full physical examination just to verify everything established during our previous interactions. The full therapy plan will be explained to you and you will be asked to sign an informed consent form to establish your full knowledge of the therapy. Our professional and friendly health team will then set up an IV through which we will apply the treatment, as mentioned earlier.

Procedure:

  • Private medical consultation.
  • Informed Consent agreement.
  • Hypersensibility testing.
  • IV setup.
  • Stem Cell therapy infusion.
  • Observation period
  • Discharge

For Combined Therapy

*Our combined therapy requires an overnight stay at our facility where you are discharged the following morning.

After the medical team evaluates your imaging studies (x-ray and/or MRI) they can determine if you qualify for what we call a combined therapy. This therapy includes two applications; an intrathecal application of neural stem cells (NSCs) and an intravenous application of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). The patient is required to stay overnight in the clinic with a companion during the first days that they receive the NSCs as well as during the next morning of receiving MSCs. At all times, patients are monitored by our medical team and accompanied by a patient coordinator to assist family members in any special need or request.

Procedure:

After the medical team evaluates your imaging studies (x-ray and/or MRI) they can determine if you qualify for what we call a combined therapy.

  • Consultation with questioning of medical history and physical evaluation.
  • Signing of consent forms.
  • Hypersensitivity skin test in patients forearm.
  • Intravenous infusion of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell therapy.
  • Lumbar puncture with administration of allogeneic neural stem cells.

After discharge we follow up with all of our patients for up to two years with scheduled calls and emails to verify the patient's progress.
