Travel for Treatment

Traveling for your treatment

We always advice patients to arrive a day prior to your treatment. We recommend arriving at the San Diego International Airport, located in the heart of the city and only a 25 minute drive away from Tijuana. If you stay in a local hotel in this area, you will be surrounded by the bay, popular restaurants, and big hotel brands.

The next morning, on the day of your appointment, a private driver will meet you at your hotel’s lobby and drive you to our clinic, which is only a 25 minute drive from Tijuana. The border crossing into Mexico is very simple and our chauffeurs know the area very well. It is very much like a toll road stop, with millions of people crossing daily.

You will need a valid passport, SENTRI card, Global Entry Card, or enhanced license to travel into Mexico and to re-enter the USA. When traveling back to San Diego you will do so through a fast-track lane called, Medical Lane. This is a special lane used exclusively by clinics and hospitals to avoid the heavy traffic across de border.

Our clinic is constantly monitored 24 hours by our security staff and we have controlled access always. We also have a recording security system that helps keep our staff and you as patient secure during your stay. Our clinic has a garage entrance that leads you directly into our lobby so you won't have to walk from the parking lot to our registration area.

Staff

All our staff is bilingual. We speak Spanish and English, with some of our staff members even speaking French and Italian. If you have another language of preference, please request with your patient coordinator to have a translator available on the day of your treatment.

Our staff is composed of doctors, nurses, chemists, lab techs, IT, administrators, sales and marketing staff, housekeeping, and security.
